Privacy

What this site collects.

Short, because the site does very little.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. The only personal information it handles is whatever you type into the enquiry form and choose to send.

If you use the enquiry form

The form collects your name, email address, and — only if you choose to give them — your phone number, a property or subject line, and your message.

That information is used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry. It is sent as an email to the practice using Resend, an email delivery provider, and is not added to any mailing list, sold, or passed to a lead-generation network.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately contacted a business in order to be responded to.

How long it is kept: enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 12 months. If the enquiry becomes a working relationship, the correspondence is retained under the terms of that relationship instead.

Cookies and analytics

There are none. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser will store nothing from this site beyond ordinary page caching.

Hosting

This site is served from privately operated infrastructure in the Netherlands, reached through Cloudflare, which proxies the connection and may process your IP address in the ordinary course of routing and protecting the request.

If you are a tenant or a landlord we work with

The information held to actually manage a tenancy — identity documents, Right to Rent evidence, payment history, correspondence — is not covered by this page. It is covered by a separate privacy notice issued at the start of the tenancy or management agreement, which sets out the specific retention periods for each category.

If you would like a copy of that notice, ask and it will be sent to you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it, and object to how it is being used.

Ask by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If what this site does changes — if analytics are ever added, for instance — this page is updated at the same time, and the date at the top changes with it.
