This website describes the services offered by Van Holland Property Management, which is a trading name. The pages here are general information about how the practice works. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own property and circumstances.

Nothing here is an offer or a contract

Descriptions of services, and any indication of what is included, are a summary for the purpose of explaining the practice. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not create a management agreement.

Any actual engagement is set out in a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, and that agreement — not this website — governs what is provided and on what terms. Where the two ever differ, the signed agreement applies.

Accuracy

The information here is kept accurate and current as far as is reasonably practicable, but it is provided without warranty that it is complete or free from error. Legal and regulatory requirements affecting landlords change, and a page written before a change may not reflect it.

Links to other sites

Where this site links elsewhere — to the portal, to a regulator, or to a supplier — those destinations are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

The portal

Access to the landlord and tenant portal is provided to people we already work with, under the terms of their agreement or tenancy. Login credentials are personal, should not be shared, and access may be withdrawn where an account is misused.

Using this site

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or the systems behind it, submit anything unlawful or deliberately false through the enquiry form, or copy substantial parts of the site’s text or design for use elsewhere.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
